Method
- Place chicken in crock pot, add vegetables, broth, and cream.
- Season with thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper; cook on low 6-7 hours.
- Shred chicken, return to pot, and mix well.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Assemble pie with crusts and filling.
- Brush top with egg wash and bake 20-25 minutes until golden.
