  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheeses, jalapeños, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Combine panko, melted butter, and Parmesan; sprinkle over dip.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Cool slightly before serving.
