Method
- Dice onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño (if using).
- Rinse black beans, red beans, and red lentils.
- Add all ingredients (except cream cheese) to the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 7-8 hours until lentils are soft.
- Stir in cream cheese when done.
- Ladle into bowls and add toppings.
