Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
- While wings are baking, prepare the hot sauce. In a bowl, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).
- Once wings are cooked, toss them in the hot sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on a serving board or platter.
- Place dips and vegetable sticks around the wings.
- Sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese or other toppings, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crispy wings, pat them dry with paper towels before tossing with oil and spices.
